Here are the next steps for the returning equipment

Return box:

You'll receive an empty box by mail. Inside you'll find instructions on how to prepare your shipment, as well as labels to stick on the box. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Human Capital (human.capital@alithya.com).

Tracking number retrieval:

You will also receive a follow-up email on your personal email address from our supplier (Insight/notification@insight.com);

You will need to go to the “Description” section to find the link to the tracking number (please check your junk mail);

You will be redirected to the delivery provider's web page to view the delivery details. Please be sure to check the tracking information so you do not miss the delivery or miss the deadline for picking up the package at the depot.
